Important
The new site (www.myillustrations.ca) is not compatible with older Citrix clients. Before you can launch applications on the new system you must remove the old client and install the new one hosted on the logon page.
Please refer to the How to remove the Citrix client document located on this page for further instructions.
Also, there is a significant change in the printer support on this new system. We have included a local PDF creation utility that will be highly valuable to the users of this system. Please read the printing FAQ and how to document for further information.
News
Application function changes Some applications will function differently in the new system. Specifically, Empire products will not be auto filling any content until a later date. Also, Manulife Health and Dental “view” report options will prompt for a local or network save location for a PDF which the user can keep, view, print or delete.
